Over at the Sharpener

Promised post on xenophobia has appeared. Probably not more considered, and certainly not more reasonable. In any event, posting on a strange blog, using Word Press and seeking to conform to posting guidelines which demand the correct placing of every comma and semi-colon, whilst worrying about what might happen during the coming two days whilst I am away in London and there is likely to be very light posting here did not make for a low-stress experience.

Who writes the contributors descriptions over there? They're not exactly a whole hearted endorsement.

Then I believe you succeeded in your aim! :)

It doesn't really 'sell' your other blogs though...

Maybe I'll change it then. I was hoping that the quality of my posts would speak for itself, and in fact I've had lots of positive stuff on the xenophobia post, even though it clearly wasn't to Cliff's taste.

I believe that they do, but the 'but not very interestingly' seems to imply posts of a lower standard, which is incorrect in my opinion, albeit they cover a wider variety of topics than would perhaps appear in the sharpener.

So what do you suggest I change it to, Anonymous? I'll gladly take your advice because I was clueless as to what to put.

Good question, but it's getting late and I'm no longer sober. I'll sleep on it and let you know if I come up with anything tomorrow.
